  • Beginning of Slavery in the U.S.
  • Let's put an end to slavery once and for all!
  • THE BATTLE BETWEEN THE STATES
  • I will fight . For My Families!
  • If you fight, you will be free!
  • Harriet Tubman
  • HOORAY!!!
  • Come Everyone, Ive found a way. Freedom At Last!
  • The greenish area located down on the American Map indicates where mostly Slaves were held away from their families working, under control of the Americans based on the race and did not get any saying on this as they were held against their will with severe consequences if they ever tried to escape, this all started when an invention 'The Cotton Gin' made by Eli Whitney expanded and needed working so they brought the slaves. 1619 was the year of Slavery.
  • WAR BECOMES CHAOS
  • Uh Oh! Fire.Retreat!Retreat!Retreat!
  • The battle between the North and South of America was displayed as the American Civil War. The confederates (south) would do anything to keep their slaves but the north thought otherwise, this turned out to be one of the longest wars in American history as many soldiers and slaves were involved. April 12, 1861 – May 9, 1865 (4 years and 27 days).
  • Nat Turner
  • Yeah, You heard the man. Lets get out there and fight for what is right!
  • We have to fight for our lives. Let's put an end to slavery! Together we can!
  • Harriet Tubman is the 1st VIP in my storyboard as she was born into slavery and escaped using the underground railroads and subsequently made some 13 missions to rescue approximately 70 enslaved people, including family and friends, using the network of antislavery activists and safe houses. (1820 - 1913, almost 100 years)
  • Changes through Slavery
  • Let's be friends, no more war.
  • You are right, let's be friends. We all are equal!!
  • Many Lives were taken over the 4 year war, between 620,000 and 750,000 soldiers dead, along with an undetermined number of civilian casualties. President Lincoln was assassinated just five days after Lee's surrender. The Civil War remains the deadliest military conflict in American history. Abraham Lincoln (Feb 12 1809 - Apr 15 1865)
  • Come on! WE are so Close! Fight with everything you have got!
  • Nat Turner is my second VIP in my storyboard, as well as Tubman, he was born into slavery but was special to others as he developed a deeper knowledge to the rest as he learned to both read and lead to others who were enslaved. He organized an uprising in which his owner and many others were killed. Only 31 when his death occurred (Oct 2 1800 - Nov 11 1831).
  • In the United States, scholars have demonstrated that profit wasn't made just from Southerners selling the cotton that slaves picked or the cane they cut. Slavery was central to the establishment of the industries that today dominate the US economy: finance, insurance, and real estate. Although the war is done, there are still  common discrimination on people to this day.
