- Lylah,charlotte,Sienna,Chace,Issac, and sonny are all roomates in collage together as the year starts to come around towards valentines day
- Chace and Lylah go to work on a project together in their studio after the night Sonny didn't come home from a party. Lylah shortly sights Sonny's dead body slumped against a wall.
- All of the kids are brought back to the house for interviewing about Sonny's where abouts and what could've happened with his murder.
- "Someone left a note at our door last night before the party. The note "Your heart will be mine"
- While everything scary is going on Chace and Lylah begin to bond more. Chace is doing his best to be there for Lylah while she's doing the same for him
- Issac and Lylah find a box outside their door. A note is perched inside with Issac's name splattered across the envelope. To make things any less creepy along with Issacs name are a ton of photos. Photos of each and everyone of them.

- Lylah gets one last text message from the killer. She goes to meet up with him alone to end the madness of all of her friends murders. She finds someone she wouldn't ever think of.
- "But- But why did you need to hurt all my friends?"
- "I needed to eliminate them, they are the reason we couldn't be together".
