- Welcome to your first confirmation class! We will be going over many things to prepare you for your confirmation. Today we will be talking about Jesus, the Messiah and son of God.
- Scene 3
- Homeless and Hungry
- Dear God, please help this man in his unfortunate circumstance. May he have food, water, and shelter, for he has done nothing wrong.
- Scene 7
- Amen.
- Isidore, be sealed with the gift of the Holy Spirit.
- Max attends Confirmation classes at his local church.
- Scene 8
- Two weeks later...
- Through a prayer of intercession, Max prays for God to help the homeless man.
- Scene 5
- Are you ready to go son?
- You betcha! I am ready to get confirmed and interceded by the patron saint I chose.
- Arriving at mass...
- The Bishop arrives at the Confirmation Mass. When it is Max's turn to receive the sacrament, the Bishop calls Max by his Confirmation name, Isidore. Max then walked up to the Bishop with his sponsor. Afterward, the Bishop asks St. Isidore to intercede Max on his Confirmation.
- Scene 6
- Do you believe in the Father Almighty? Do you reject Satan? Do you believe in life everlasting?
- After being interceded by the saint he chose, Max receives his Confirmation certificate.
- Max prepares for Confirmation day, wearing a suit and getting ready mentally.
- The Laying On of Hands occurs 30 minutes into the Mass where every Confirmation attendee will renew their baptismal vows.
