- Born into a royal family, Gertrude was destined to take over the kingdom. The Queen, her step-mother, never liked Gertrude and always gave her a hard time. Her father had past conditions of heart issues and his kingdom truly adored him.
- Goodmorning daughter!
- Sadly, Gertrude's father was killed which brought the kingdom into a depression and gave the Queen brand new power. The Queen began telling Gertrude that she could've taken better care of her father which pushed her to run away
- This is all your fault!
- Running away, Gertrude runs into the woods where she eventually gets lost. Being all alone and not knowing much on how to survive, she has to figure out what to do.
- What do I do??
- After spending weeks out in the woods, Gertrude realizes that she was the one who saw her father last. She remembered that he was wanting to go for a walk by himself and she let him do so. She didn't want to admit it to herself but she saw everything happen and was just too scared to do anything about it.
- I did this... I just let him die. I should've done more.
- For punishment she thought it was only right that she stays away from the kingdom to fully process everything and become a better person. After a year, she realizes that although she had mistakes the Queen was a major problem to the kingdom.
- It has been a long year, but I've come to terms with this. My father always loved me.
- Gertrude comes back to the kingdom after being away from over a year and takes the Queen's place. She understands that she messed up but moved on from the event to better herself.
- You took my throne!
