- When we use cars, we burn gasoline and emit carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide is a greenhouse gas that contributes to global warming. In addition to this, cars that are out of order are thrown away. Cars have toxic materials in them. When some car parts are thrown into the landfill, the toxins are released into the environment around them.

- Because our ancestors used too much fossil fuels, cars and other technologies that polluted the air.
- Cars make life so much more easier and entertaining. Despite all the benefits that a car/automobile brings to our society, is the harm that it creates to our planet, wildlife and lives really worth it? Only time will tell.
