- The Everdeen home; once innocent and wholesome, is now filled with devastated faces and forced smiles, with souls of those who have departed lingering within the walls of their household. Katniss is back, yet it doesn't seem too thrilling for Mrs. Everdeen.
- M-mother.... Why do you look at me at such a way?
- I'm happy that you're back and safe it's just...
- The Everdeen home, once innocent and wholesome, is now filled with devastating faces, with souls of those who have departed lingering within the walls of their household. Katniss is back, yet it doesn't seem too thrilling for Mrs. Everdeen.
- With Prim gone, almost losing you, and the way the Capitol is being handled in the present... it's been tough.
- I know, it's been dark. But I'm here now and I will try my best to help not just you, but us. Panem will be free again.
- Well then we must give it to them. Peeta... we didn't risk our lives and worked every sweat out of our bodies during the game for nothing. We MUST be instruments of change now that we know what we need to do.
- I feel like I don't know this town anymore... so much has changed, Peeta. My own mother doesn't even look happy I'm back and alive.
- It's because of the game the Capitol government's playing. The game is so rigged it can only exist in a world that hates woke people. People are not knowledgeable enough to fight back, that's why it's easy for them to exploit and manipulate the masses. Everyone in Panem, all 12 districts are not happy, Katniss. They all demand change.
- And so, they sought out a familiar face; one that almost everybody is willing to lend their ears to, Effie Trinket. They wanted her to plead to the Capitol's people to join them as they demand the formation of institutions that are expected to prioritize disseminating in-depth knowledge on social realities through education. And if they don't give them what they want, then it would cost them as much damage as they have caused during the Hunger games. Foolishly scared of physical destruction, the government came to their agreement. Little did they know their supremacist, exploitative dictatorship are subjected to an even more bigger destruction: wisdom.
- PANEM
- Any person of any age MAY join our proposed action plan. With it, everyone is free to join our schools once they open. I suppose I should enter, too. Oh anyway, this battle too is much like the Hunger Games. So, may the odds be ever in OUR favor.
- THE CAPITOL
- And so their progress emerged... with thorough application of social values learned in education, people in all 12 districts, men or women, teens or adults, have grasped their ability to read, write and defend themselves from what is truly eating their lives--ignorance.
- Smiles are slowly turning into genuine ones... and Panem is recovering from their wounds slowly, but surely.
