  • The Year is 1869. Japanese citizens have learned of a new land called America and decide to move and create a new life.
  • As these new Japanese immigrants stayed on the land, they became accustomed to their new American life. The Japanese immigrants have become Japanese-Americans with many generations passing by.
  • In September pf 1939, Hitler and Germany started an invasion of Europe. This would become World War II.
  • Take out the American Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor!!!
  • The Japanese joined the side of the Axis powers in order to start growing their sphere of influence over the Pacific front.
  • On December 7th, 1941, the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor (an American naval base). This was an attempt to prevent the American naval fleet from interfering with Japan's actions. This attack turned out to be quite useless, and the Americans could recover quickly. However, they were not happy.
  • "I ask that the Congress declare that since the unprovoked and dastardly attack by Japan on Sunday, December 7, 1941, a state of war has existed between the United States and the Japanese Empire."
  • Franklin. D Roosevelt gave a letter to congress asking them to declare war on Japan to stop their invasion of Asian.
