- The Works Progress Administration was an act that led to the creation of millions of jobs for the unemployed. They were able to carry out public works projects, and it gave lots of people the opportunity to work.

- The Social Security Act was the most directly helpful for me. I'm over 65, so I'm now payed an income after I've retired. This has helped me in countless ways and my friends and I all depend on it.
