- Lets start with the interview. First question "What is neuroplasticity and how does it works"?
- Oh, I know what is it.Neuroplasticity is the ability to adapt to changes in an individual's environment by forming new neural connections over time . Neuroplasticity explain how human brains are able to adapt, master new skill, store memories and information.
- Next question is "What are neurons, how do they change over time and how do we know this?"
- Neurons are the fundamental units of the brain and nervous system, neuron shrinks and retract their dendrites, neuron change over time because of development and maturation during the period of adolescence in an individual's life.
- Wow, you are so educated!! So next question is "What are ways of making your brain grow?"
- Here are some example like learning more new things everyday, play music instruments, travelling and doing some exercise.
- The last question will be "What is growth mindset"?
- Growth mindset is basic abilities can be developed through dedicated and hard work, brains and talent are just the starting point.
