- In our world, there are many different types of waves and not the typical ocean wave you would think of. There are waves like light waves, energy waves, heat waves, etc. Today I'm just gonna teach you a few things about light waves.
- First of all, not all light waves are exactly the same. They can vary in length, how much energy they carry, colors, size, etc.
- This all depends on the source. If the source is bright then the wave will have more energy, and the amount of energy could change the size or length of the wave.
- A good place to find these different waveforms would be at the disco.
- Waves also have a huge part in how we see things. Without light waves, everything would be dark around us and we would not be able to see.

- Light waves also carry colors. If light waves didn't carry color, our world around us would be dull and gray.
- Each light wave carries a color. Some objects absorb colors while others reflect them. When you look at an object, you can see the color of it. That is the color it is reflecting while it absorbs other colors.
- If the source is bright, then more energy would be transferred into the wave making the wave move faster and give it a higher frequency.
- A light Waves frequency depends on the source. If the source is dull, there will be less energy in the wave. The wave would then be less active and it would become slower, which would give it a lower frequency.
- The amplitude of a light wave can also depend on the source. The amplitude is how high a wave can get from a medium. If there is less energy then the wave will be shorter and if there is more energy then the wave will be taller.
