- Person standing in an office, responding to voice over with excited facial expressions.Voice over introduces topic: Professional phone calls"Do you feel overwhelmed when you know a phone call must happen? Three simple rules can enhance any phone conversation you find yourself in."
- Begin in office. Person assesses their surroundings. At the cue of the narrator, cut to close up of person standing outdoors with few surroundings.Voice over: "The first rule shows up before the call begins. Consider your surroundings. Videos streaming? Abrupt noises? Find another location. Often, moving outdoors helps."
- Cut to person sitting in an office. At narrators cue, person slouches, lays on the floor, then sits upright. Full body shot.Voice over : "Second, assess your posture. Really. This affects your voice. Try slouching and saying 'I am ready.' Now lay down and repeat the statement. Finally, sit upright, with your shoulders straight. Say the statement again. How did your posture affect your tone?"
- Person dials phone and adjusts posture, seated.Appears friendly to start conversation.
- Person ponders what they have learned and appears satisfied.
- Person standing, triumphant.Voice over: "Practice these four rule by calling your guardian or making that doctor appointment you have been putting off."
