- CEO- Good morning, everyone. First of all,I would like to introduce to all of you: Daniel Smith. An expert in marketing research. He will help us with the new marketing strategy for the first month of the year.
- Daniel- Thank you for having me, is a pleasure.
- Manager sales- Hello, welcome to the company.
- CEO- Well, let´s start the meeting, Shall we? We´re here today to discuss the new marketing plan. Please open the carpets that are set in front of you, to read the information that Daniel Smith prepared for us.
- Well, to me both ideas are functional, but I would like to hear all your ideas.
- But, actually it would be easier to do the third idea.
- * Scarlet: I think that the last idea is the best
- CEO: Sadly, we have only 30 minutes for this meeting. So, we can fix the new meeting for tomorrow at 9 o´clock. By then, every team will have done their proposals to present. You will have to keep each presentation with a duration only 15 minutes. Do you have any questions?
- CEO: Thank you for attending. The meeting is closed.
