- MY FAVOURITE OLYMPIC GAMES
- Hi I am Raj! Today two of my friends will tell you about some games in the Olympics which are one of my favorites, Freestyle Wrestling and Basketball!
- FREESTYLE WRESTLING ( BRIEF )
- I am Ravi Kumar Dahiya a Indian freestyle wrestler. I won a silver medal in Tokyo 2020 Olympics. This a freestyle wrestling ring. It is a competition between two individual wrestlers of the same weight class. In freestyle wrestling, a jury of three referees is used. The referee controls the action in the center, blowing the whistle to start and stop the action, and supervises the scoring of holds.
- FREESTYLE WRESTLING ( SCORING )
- In freestyle wrestling, points are awarded mostly on the basis of explosive action and risk. For example, when one wrestler performs a grand amplitude throw that brings his opponent into the danger position, he is awarded the greatest number of points that can be scored in one instance.
