- Another factor that influences what we eat is Medical Conditions and food allergies such as heart Disease, Type 1 or 2 Diabetes and Celiac disease. Food Allergy examples include Nuts, Seafood/Fish, Chicken, Eggs, and being Lactose intolerance.
