Sword Spirit ordered the leaders to obtain new Allies in the Balkans. If you thought 1 group from the Balkans was enough you would be wrong. The Balkans have fought themselves long enough, can't they all just get along together?
There had been attempts to unite the Balkans many times throughout history.
