Tiddalick the Frog

- In the beginning, there was a very small frog named Tiddalick, who lived in New South Wales with his many brothers and sisters. Tiddalick was smaller than every other frog, and was teased by is brothers and sisters every day.
- One morning, Tiddalick and is brothers and sisters went swimming in the nearby waters. His brothers and sisters were having so much fun swimming around in the deep waters, while Tiddalick struggled to swim against the large current his siblings were creating.
- As he finished drinking the water, he noticed that he had grew bigger. The water, so then his siblings would no longer be able to play. All of became so mad and jealous, that he decided to drink Tiddalick.
- He became so excited that he went around to the other rivers, water holes, and lakes and drank all of the water until it was all in his belly. He grew bigger, and bigger, until he was the largest frog out of everyone.
- Tiddalick was so happy for finally being a big frog, that whenever his siblings, the other animals, or people asked for the water, he refused to give it back.
- So one day, the people and animals all met up together to try and find a solution. The wise owl suggested that if they made Tiddalick laugh, then all of the water will rush out of his mouth and back into the environment.
