- Benvolio and Mercutio are teasing Romeo about his love, at this time it was Rosaline, in an inappropriate way.
- Friar Larence's Cell (Scene 3)
- Juliet is talking outloud to herself about Romeo and how he is a Montague when he shows up unexpectedly. Romeo continues to flirt with Juliet.
- Streets of Verona (Scene 4)
- Juliet must leave because the Nurse is calling for her, but she doesn't want Romeo to get caught. Romeo on the other hand wants her to stay with him so they can continue to flirt with each other.
- Romeo and Juliet getting married (Scene 6)
- Before Romeo shows up, Friar begins to talk about a poisonous plant that can heal, but also cause death (foreshadowing). Then Romeo arrives and is asking Friar Larence if he can marry him to Juliet so they can be together forever and seal their love.
- Romeo must save the Nurse from Romeo's inappropriate comments, so he pulls her aside so they can receive some privacy. The Nurse has good news and bad news. The good news is that Juliet loves Romeo so much that she would be honored to marry him. The bad news is that there is another man, Paris, that has asked for Juliet's hand in marriage. Romeo and Nurse discuss more on how Juliet and Romeo can be married as soon as possible.
- Romeo and Juliet get married by Friar Lawrence so that Romeo and Juliet can seal their love forever.
