- The managers went to speak to the workers 5 days after the strike started to tell the workers that a resolution is being worked on and that the rest of they salary will reflect in 2 days depended on the bank they use. The workers and managers came to an agreement that they will go back when the money is in their accounts.
- At the office
- The 13 workers that were dismissed should be reinstated for they committed not offense to the you or your business
- In two days the money reflects too all workers but 13 who use a different bank. The ones who got their went back to work and the ones who didn't get the money yet stayed home. the employer decided to dismiss anyone who wasn't at work that day.
- At the meeting
- Every worker has a right to compensation for work performed and a lot of the workers in here work more than they should we are extremely underpaid and we had agreed on the 10% solely because of the budget that is not doing well.

- In a week the CCMA went to investigate on what happened. The big break was when the investigators found out that there had been an agreement between the workers will come back after the money had been transferred into their accounts. The CCMA ordered that the workers be reinstated.
