- Cyberbullying is something all teens or children will most likely experience nowadays because of the technology we have now but if you are ever in a cyber bullying situation, tell a trusted adult or if you're the bystander, be a upstander and do something to help don't just sit there and let it happen because that can destroy someone. If you don't know what to do, get an adult to help. Go to parents, teachers, principals, therapists, and legal guardians for help. Remember, don't just be a bystander, be a upstander and help people. If it's you being cyberbullied, tell a trusted adult or friend for help. People are here for you I promise.
