- No one is getting fired here, not today. You guys don't have to worry anyomore.
- Myself and HR decided that the shortage of staff be handled by the HR office, not me. They started interviewing people.
- The shop steward meeting with workers, informing the workers about the meeting and assuring them they will not get fired they should relax and do their job, and that another meeting will be held regarding the unsolved matter of shortage of staff.
- It's muscle sprain. I will give you a few days off to rest.
- The shop steward has the right to monitor the company's compliance in the workplace.
- The shop steward is double checking the resume's and making sure the candidates are able to be communicated with to avoid delays.
- I have some good news today, four staff members will be starting today
- One of the employees went to see a doctor due to lower back pain. He's muscles were sprained due to overworking and lifting heavy objects.
- New staff members were hired and started work the following day.
- The shop steward is informing the workers about the four new members that will be starting today. Workers are very happy, everyone will now be productive and fininsh work on time. All thanks to the shop steward fro not giving up and the voice of the workers.
