  • Most people want to look & be fit. Some people are born that way & others aren't. This is determined by your body composition. There are three types of bodies ectomorph, endomorph, mesomorph. Each body type determines your shape, fat percentage & bone size. Another thing that determines size & body fat is metabolism. Metabolism is how many calories are turned into energy.
  • Endomorph:Someone that is big. People that have this body have bigger bones & more body fat. Also people that are endomorph are usually more round.
  • Ectomorph: People that are ectomorph are people that are skinny. They have low body fat & skinny bones. They are also more tall & slender.
  • Mesomorph:Someone with Mesomorph body is really fit, & well proportioned. This is the body that most people think of when thinking of a fit person.
  • Injuries will happen no matter what. Every time you exercise there will be a chance of injury, sometime there is a higher chance than not. In order to stay healthy you need to try to every time to reduce the risk of getting injured. You can do this by stretching & warming up. Stretching allows for you to move your muscles better. Warming up helps get your body ready to do the main exercise. After the fact I you still get injury you need to do several things. If you did not break or fracture anything, & you have common injury do R.I.C.E. rice is a acronym that helps you heal.
  • Injury & injury Prevention
  • R-Rest, do not try to walk it off or ignore the pain, rest it will heal faster.I- Ice your injury. The ice will help take the swelling down.C- Compress your injury. That means wrap up your injury, not to tight though do not cut off blood circulation.E- Elevate your injury. Rest your injury on a pillow or blanket to keep the limb up.
