- Reena found a vacancy on internet and went to give the interview. interview went well but she was not appointed as they said that they were in search of young blood with new ideas and don't think that a middle aged woman could handle work properly along with her house during pandemic.
- I'm strong. I will not lose hope!
- Reena states to her husband all that happened in the interview and feels that if this is the mindset of people, then it will become very difficult for her to get a new job as they do not trust a middle aged woman with the responsibility of work in a company.
- Women can do everything they want and my age and gender will not affect my career!
- Reena gave a few more interviews but got similar response from all of them or offered a lot less package than her previous job. But she still has not her determination and motivation. She is strong believes in herself and she knows that she will achieve it.

- With sheer determination and confidence Reena finds a job though it does not pay as well as her previous job but it is a decent one. She is happy that she can now support her family and is grateful for the opportunity. She gave around five interviews but this job satisfies her and she is happy.
