- The Battles of Lexington and Concord started on April 19, 1775 and started the American Revolution. 0n April 18, 1775 multiple of British groups marched from Boston to concord. 73 British were killed and 174 were wounded.
- Winter at Valley Forge
- The Declaration of Independence was signed on August 2, 1776. There were 56 total people who signed it. The Declaration of Independence is a big deal because it contains the goals of our nation it also contains the arguments the colonist had because they wanted to be free from the British rule.
- Battle of York Town
- The Battle of Saratoga started in September and October of 1777 during the second year of the American Revolution. It was a decisive victory for the Continital Army and was a crucial turning point for the Revolutionary war.
- Treaty of Paris
- The Battle of Valley Forge started in December 19, 1777 then ended June 19,1778. The main leader was George Washington. This battle was actually not the coldest winter of the American Revolution.
- The Battle of Yorktown started on September 28, 1781 and ended on October 19, 1781. This battle was fought in Yorktown, Virginia. The Battle of Yorktown was fought against the French and the Contintenal Groups.
