- This was me in elementary school. I was in 4th grade when it happened. It was like any other day.
- Little did I know that this day would be very much different than other days.
- We were late to school and in a rush, early in the morning.
- Hurry we"re late!
- Okay I'm coming!
- Bye! Be Safe!
- I rushed into the building worried I was late.
- Luckily my teacher let me slide being late.
- Sorry I'm late Ms.
- Its okay, just sit down.
- Okay I will! Bye!
- It was during math class when I noticed something wrong with my teacher .
- As I ran past one of the underclassmen crying, I had a bad feeling, but dismissed it.
- Let"s learn some math!
- Has unfortunately passed away
- The silence was deafening, as we tried to cope with the idea.
- Out of nowhere she just stopped the lesson.
- Hello kids, we're sorry, your third grade teacher.
- You guys can do whatever for now.
- I can't do this right now.
- The information was hard to wrestle with. I wasn't extremely close to her, but it was tough to think of her as gone forever.
- Then my heart dropped when 2 adults I had never seen entered the classroom.
