- This is out first example of pop culture. Pop Culture are practices or beliefs that are dominant in society.
- Our example is Mcdonalds or other popular fast food chains around the world. Mcdonalds is everywhere around the world and isn't specific to one place.
- Our first example of local culture is Chinatown in New York! Chinatown is in busy New York but still has lots of cultural elements from China! From the signs to the stores and to the restaurants.
- Wow this is such an amazing place! I would not get tp experience this in most places as it represents a certain culture from a place. Where that culture is not represented everywhere.

- This is our second example of pop culture!!!We are at a concert. The artist is part of pop culture as he is part of a trend and is popular around the world right now. This means lots of people know of him and want to experience his music live.
- The second example for local culture is this religious temple. The temple is located in a community where there are lots of hindu followers. The temple is a place where they can practice their religious beliefs. The culture has been carried over here from india and is a culture you wont get to experience everywhere in the world.
- Oh wow this place is very unique to my eyes! I haven't seen anything like this before.
- In this trip I have learned that pop culture and local culture are different things. Pop culture represents culture that is spread around through trends and media and is around in lots of places in the world. Local culture is culture that is spread from an origin that is not around in as many places. This culture can be specific to countries or even religion!.
