- During the day of Mib's 13th birthday, she hypothesized that she had the power to wake living things up. She then thought that she would be able to wake up Poppa by going to him somehow.
- Well...this bus IS going to Salina...
- After rescuing Lill from the side of the road, Mibs and the others head to Lill's job at a diner. After only minutes of working there, she was scolded by Ozzie, her boss, and fired from her job stating "That's it for you Lill!"
- After making it to the hospital, Mibs had gone inside her father's hospital room to find that he had looked nothing like what he used to. She then realized that her father had a tattoo and that she could use her savvy, which is reading the minds of people with ink on them.
- I never give up
- After seeing a bus, belonging to the Lester, Mibs climbed into the back of the van, and hid. She was later joined by Bobbi, Fish, Samson, and Will Jr.
- After Ozzie had scolded Lill, Lester stepped up to Ozzie and took action yelling at him for yelling at Lill.
- Just as Mibs told him that his savvy was never giving up, Poppa suddenly attempted to say that he never gave up. Nobody could hear this because it was in his mind. Nobody except for Mibs. Mibs then continued to make a commotion to wake Poppa up. This led Poppa to open his eyes slightly. They were then kicked out of the room after Rocket ruined one of the equipment.
