Danielle and Aaliyah began dating this year, Rocco supported his boyfriend Afshin's transition, and Afshin is fighting for female rights in Iran. However, not everyone in Huntsville, Alabama, is as inclusive as the friends. The six defend themselves against discrimination and hatred in today's modern society.
