wow this place reminds of the historicalfiction book I read about a fire in 1940's

What was historicalfiction about the book I thought It was all real!! What even is historical fiction? What makes it historical fiction?

OK so the story we heard was real but the author added extra things to make it more dramatic and more interesting. For example all of the charactersin book were fake and the dialog each of them talking to each other. Another example is inner toughand characters

interactions.

Oh so then how is it fictional?

OK so it is still historical becausethey used real things from the real incident that happened. For example how the fire happened and spreader really fast from the eight floor the the ninth in seconds. Another example it shows how caustic everything was how they were rushing to try and escape and the ways they escaped.

Oh! That helps so much thank you!

Why did the author leave things out why I just don't get it.

OH they leave out things so we don't focus on them. Things that don't necessaryshape the story. For example they didn't talk about a lot of deaths and people jumpingout of windows but it was stillthere. They did not not want the focuses to be on that so they did not add it. They also left out somethingsto make it more dramatic.

Thank you soo much that helped!

Hey Girl!!!! How do I find the themeof the story

So you have to look at what the big Idea of the story is. For example I would think it would be is stay on your toes. Beacuses it was an normal day then disasterstruck so always be ready you never know what will happen.

Thank you for all your help now lets have a fun day!!!
