  • 1. When dealing with stressful situations, calm down using simple and quick methods such as "counting to 10" or "blocking out the noise". If not, you may act on impulse and make a decision you may regret.2. Do not overly criticize yourself, this makes you sadder overall. It's okay to self-critique, but don't make it into an "everyday" type of habit.3. It is okay to share your problems with a therapist/counselor/trusted adult. They will help you with problems and give your advice on how to handle it in the event it comes up again.

  • 1. Do not make a conversation all about yourself, you'll come across as a narcissist. It is okay to talk about problems or achievements in your life, but be humble and don't interrupt the conversation with said problems/achievements.2. When arguing, be civil. Do not interrupt people when debating something, that can make you come off as biased or defensive. Also, make sure your debating for a reason. If you start one for no reason, people will see you as an attention seeker.3. Always get out and visit friends and family once in a while. Some want them to be in the flesh instead of behind a screen. It will not just improve relations, but also improve your social wellness
  • How to Achieve Physical Wellness
  • 1. Make a flexible schedule. This will allow you to choose what days you want to exercise, take a break, how intense the workout is, and how long it is. If you make a strict schedule, you may find exercise boring and drop it quickly.2. Always do different exercises, this will allow you to work on the entire body instead of one part. It will make your body stronger overall.3. Eat nutrient-rich and healthy foods. Make sure to also get the daily amount of everything, if not, your body won't work correctly. You also have to drink healthy drinks such as water and milk.
