- Scene 1 - Jefferson and Hamilton are two political rivals in George Washington's Cabinet. Jefferson is a democratic republican and Hamilton is a federalist. In the scene above, they are discussing their opinions on the federal government and how it strengthened the federal government.
- Judge 1- Jefferson does make a good point..
- Judge 2- A strong federal government should be in the hands of men like us..
- Hamilton- That's absurd! Creating a strong federal government should be held in the hands of men and ran properly. It should not be in order with anyone else.
- Jefferson- For the citizens to have a strong federal government, The Bill Of Rights is an extra source of protection that will keep the government in a firm hold and secure citizens rights.

- Judge 1- Why is he laughing?
- Scene 2- Jefferson and Hamilton continued to debate over a strong federal government which then lead to federalists creating their papers.
- You really think so? The Bill Of Rights is unnecessary and harmful to add to the Constitution. US federalists will get rid of it. The Federalists papers are the greatest writings to be created because it will help us abolish the Constitution faster.
- Judge 2 - I have no clue. Maybe he thinks Jefferson is joking about the Bill Of Rights.
- Jefferson: Look Hamilton, the Bill Of Rights will keep a well organized government and will keep the power divided up equally. It's been a process but it has been decided to add the Bill Of Rights to the Constitution and protect American civil liberties.
- Judge 1- I guess we never going home till they get along huh?
- Scene 3- After hours of Hamilton debating with Jefferson, the Bill Of Rights have been published to the Constitution but Hamilton doesn't take it too well...
- Judge 2- Unfortunately, that will never happen so, get your sleeping bag ready!
