- WOMEN
- During the Hellenistic Age women were no longer restricted to their homes. Women had more rights and power. This impacted society because women were able to contribute to ideas.
- ART & ARCHITECTURE
- During the Hellenistic Age artists made lots of sculptures, paintings, and poetry. These works of art give us information about how life was for the Greeks because most of Greek work had meaning and were about current events.
- Many developments in math (mainly geometry) and science were made during the Hellenistic Age. Pythagoras created the Pythagorean theorem, and Euclid wrote a geometry textbook called The Elements. Astronomers also argued that the Earth was round and rotated on its axis (this wasnt proved right till years later). This findings impacted society then and now because we still use and believe a lot of these things in our everyday lives.

- Alexander the Great was one of the best conquers in the world. He conquered a lot of land and he also spread Greek influences the areas he conquered. His greatest accomplishment was spreading Greek influences.
- A Greek physician named Hippocrates suited the causes of mental illnesses and looked for ways to cure them. He only had an oath that set specific standards for doctors. This impacted society because he contributed ideas that are important then and modern day

- After Alexander died a new culture came up which blended Greek, Persian, Egyptian, and Indian influences. This is why the Hellemistc civilization fluorised for cencuries.
