- Hey! I am from Virginia! I believe that we should have three branches of government; the legislative, executive, and judicial! Because of the fact that I have more people then a state like New Jersey, I should have more votes than them in elections! The more people, the more power!!!!!

We the people, in New Jersey, should have the same power as the people in a more populated state such as Virginia! We want equal representation!!!!!

- What's up guys! Both of you guys have solid arguements based around each of your states wants and needs. How about I propose a compromise? We should have a bicameral legislature that is represented by the states in two things called the House of Representatives and the Senate. Each of your states will elect your representatives into the house, but the amount of representatives you have will be based on your population! The Senate will have two representatives from each state, which allows for equal representation! This will satisfy the needs of both of your states!
