- Flight3: YOUR HOLIDAYS HAVE BEEN DELAYED
- Flight1: SOMETHING WENT WRONG
- THE MMC TAKES ACTIONS
- It's Monday evening 4pm, Marc is travelling to Rome with his family, they're excited to leave! Marc checks the flight information display board and finds out that their flight has been delayed. The children start to be fustrated. It's the second time this year.How long will they have to wait ?
- Option 1: TroubleShooting ScenarioOption 2: Skywise Scenario

- Flight 1: During a day flight, 3 days earlier, an alert message poped up on the pilot's control pannel, reading "IDG1 FAULT". As soon as the plane landed, the pilot oppened an MMEL. Costs then started to increase.
- Flight2: READY TO TAKE OFF
- It's 10am, the MMC is working in an open space in front of two computer screens. One screen displays a "usual" flight planning board and the other displays the Skywise planning board. The MMC has to choose: either perform troubleshooting or find a solution via Skywise. The countdown to the next flight is launched.
- Option1: Troubleshooting ScenarioOption2: Skywise Scenario
- You're going to have to check the oil levels
- Option A: The MCC contacted the mechanics to ask them to perform the troubleshooting. The mechanic then call the MCC back to inform him that they were not able to find the issue and will have to proceed to further investigations Option B: MCC proceesses an analysis into Skywise - zoom in on the Skywise App displayed on the computer screen. From the workshop app, 2 scenarios are offered to the MCC : Either proceed to the part transfer or to an aircraft swap. The Countdown dropps to 0 regardless of the choice made
- It's 11pm, flight 2 takes off, when a alert message pops up on the control panel, reading:Maximum height: 33500 feetAPU : generating electricity
- Option1: The MCC browses through the different manuals to identify the A/C issue and find a solution. He then calls the mechanics to ask them to check the oil levels. Cost and time levels go up.Option2: Zoom in on the Skywise App depending on the previous choices (1 screen for the part transfer / 1 for the Aircraft swap). Cost and time go down
