- The year is, 2213. The sun is turning into a Supernova and is making life impossible to live in our solar system. Everyone on Earth has left Earth to go live on Mars. Mars is about to explode and get hit by the sun, so Liam and Phoebe, the main characters, are traveling through the galaxy to find a new home to live in.
- It think I found a watch. I wonder what it does?
- Let's test it out!
- The human race is getting ready to travel 150 year journey to new planets that they will live on before the sun goes supernova. A planet is found in another solar system, meaning the human life will now start their journey to find a safe place to live. Liam and Phoebe are the main characters and Liam's parents are both scientists meaning they will all board the last ship named, "The Scorpius".
- Liam and Phoebe have always been best friends and are very curious people. They figured they have time until they have to leave Mars, since they are the last ones to leave. They both search Mars and stumble into a unique but very dangerous secret about the planet Mars that can threaten the lives of every last human. Phoebe and Liam loose track of time, and the Scorpius leaves meaning they are stuck on Mars and need to find a way to get off the planet before it's too late.

- When Liam and Phoebe are on their trip, they run into a secret alien laboratory on Mars. Liam finds a time traveling watch, and uses it to get back to the Scorpius ship. They also found out that someone was killing all the stars, which is causing the sun to go supernova.
- Emerson page:123 "We must leave, and we must do so immediately, or our species faces certain extinction. Us aliens can't survive in this galaxy anymore."
- Phoebe and Liam travel around another galaxy and find out crazy news! They find out that there is so much more species in the world then just humans! And they find out that humans aren't the only species that is dying and getting wiped out by the sun. As they go on planet to planet they meet different types of aliens and very different types of creatures. Liam eventually found out that the aliens were killing the stars.
- When Liam and Phoebe were done traveling, Liam turned his watch one more time and saw the entire future right in front of his two eyes. He saw an explosion of every planet in every galaxy, and he saw all of his friends and species deaths. But that wasn't all, he saw something that he wouldn't every think would be possible, he saw that Phoebe had three hollow rings on her arm which were the same symbols that aliens had!
