Odysseus and his men travel to Aeaea the home of the lonely witch, Circe.
Odysseus hears Circe singing and finds his way to her house.
His men enter but he doesn't, then Circe drugs his men and turns them into pigs. One man escaped and told Odysseus.
Hermes appears before Odysseus in the form of a man he tells Odysseus to eat a herb called Moly, that it would prevent the effects of Circe's drug.
Having the Moly protecting him, Odysseus forces Circe to change his men back, Odysseus soon became Circe's lover and he and his me live with her in luxury for a year
When Odysseus' men convince him to continue their journey home, Odysseus asks Circe for a way to get back to Ithaca. She says that he has to go to the underworld (The realm of Hades) to speak with the spirit of Tiresias, a blind person who will tell him how to get home
