- I talked to his parent and the only thing they could tell me is that he was SO exited to meet me and to start participating in some activities. The first thing he told was "Where is my Uniform", no joke. That was the first time someone had demanded that at the first meeting.

- I explained to him every activity we had and he wanted to be in all of them, I'm telling y'all this kid is special. He was too exited I had to make an exception and give his uniform in 3 days after the school started.

- To remember the joy he brought to JROTC we made an award honoring him, and his mother gives it away to students with the same spirit has him
