- Some employees are still receiving unjust treatment by some employees. Some are being overworked, working beyond the 8 hour working hours set by law. Some are also being paid less than what is due, even being paid less than the minimum wage by employers, which is illegal. Child labor is also still happening and is being exploited by employers.
- We know our rights!
- Awareness about employees' rights is a must to avoid such exploitation and unjust treatment. Employers should also be responsible and not take advantage of their employees, or they will face consequences. The Labor Code and the Department of Labor and Employment protect the rights and equality of all.
- Littering that can cause different types of pollution in soil, water, and air is one of our never ending environmental problems that needs to be addressed and resolved.
- Life of nature and animals are as important as ours. It is our responsibility to be a steward of God's creation. Proper waste management, reducing, reusing, and recycling waste, using more eco-friendly products, and influencing and educating about environmental awareness are only some of the small things we can do to lessen pollution that destroys ecosystems and natural habitats of other animals.
