the lady, or the tiger?

- There once was a semi-barbaric princess who was in love with a handsome prince. She wanted to marry him, and she had plans for the future with him.
- When the semi-barbaric king saw that she was in love, he saw this as unfit. So he decided to take action.
- The semi-barbaric king had a strange way of punishment. He invited all of the peoplein the land to the court arena, where he placed one door that held a vicious tiger (one which would quickly eat him alive if he should choose the door it lies behind), and another door that held the fairest lady in the land. The prince's fate lay in his own hands.
- The princess, however, knew which door the tiger lay behind, and which door the lady lay behind. She knew that if he chose the lady, her prince would immediately be married to her, and she couldn't bear it. She herself was made for him!, So being the semi barbarous lady she was, she did heavily consider pointing him to the door of the tiger when the time came for him to look at her for direction. but how shall she marry him if he isn'talive?
- She looks at him, and the pleading look in his eyes, and realizes that maybe fate will bring them together again one day. She found kindness in her heart, and pointed him towards the left. He opened the door, was greeted by a very beautiful lady, and was wed on the spot.
