- The wizard Prospero causes a storm with his magic. Because of the storm,the boat carrying Alonso, Gonzalo, Antonio (prospero's brother) and Ferdinand sinks near the Prospero´s island.He has the help of his spirit assistant Ariel
- act 3
- The shipwreck was planned by Prospero to bring his evil brother, Antonio, and the king of Naples, Alonso, to the island.On the island, Ferdinand is separated from his father Alonso. So he meets Miranda, daughter of Prospero, and falls in love with her.This date is also part of Prospero's revenge plan. For the plan to work, the wizard must pretend to oppose the union at first

- Alonso thinks his son is dead.Ariel sings a song and put Alonso and Gonzalo to sleep.So, Sebastian and Antonio plan to kill Alonso and Gonzalo while they were sleeping, because Sebastian wants to steal the title of king of Naples from alonso.Before that happens,Alonso and Gonzalo woke up.Meanwhile, in another part of the island,Stephano makes an alliance with Caliban, prospero´s servant.Together they plan to kill Prospero and steal his magic book

- Ferdinand brings wood to prospero and starts to talk to Miranda.Miranda and Ferdinand declare their love for each other and decide to get married.Meanwhile, Alonso, Sebastian,Antonio and Gonzalo come across a table full of food and drink, but Ariel looks to them like a big scary bird and pronounces all the evil that Antonio and Alonso have done to Prospero.Because of the island´s magic, Alonso and Antonio´s head fills with strange thoughts and they regret what they did in the past
- Ariel tells Prospero about Antonio and Alonso´s regret, so he asks the spirit to bring them to talk.She also warns him about Caliban and Stephano´s plan to kill him, so together they devise a plan to stop them.So, attracted by the clothes that Ariel had left near the Prospero´s cave,Caliban and Stephano are surprised by a lot of ferocius dogs behind the trees.After that, Prospero and Ariel say goodbye to each other and she goes is search of Alonso and Antonio
- Prospero does one last spell to make sure Antonio and Alonso repent. Prospero reveals his identity to the group and shows Miranda and Ferdinand.He decides to go to Naples for Miranda and Ferdinand's wedding and then go to Milan where he will spend the rest of his days. Together, the group leave the island
