- They make me realize social awareness and the groups I have been socially placed in since birth. The reward and consequence in such groups and how I was brought up.
- Some of my social identities are African American women, young adult, Christian, middle class, and English-speaking. I value respect, acceptance, perseverance, reason, and experience.
- My interaction concerning these will help me be a leader that listen to other, and guides them in their accomplishment to the best of my ability. I will be openminded and will treat other how I would want to be treated. Leadership is determined by the people, and every second counts.

- When I think of social change, I believe its the capability to participate in change within your community based on your interactions with other people to eventually come to an understanding of others.
- The ultimate goal is growth, where you and others have built a foundation of trust, and satisfaction while also keeping true to your respected values

- Conflict managing styles also show awareness that people take responding to conflict differently.
