- Emma moved to Lebanon for the first time in her life with her family, everything seemed different to her, houses, streets, people as well. They moved to a house in the suburbs of Beirut the capital, to live there . She was afraid from the future because of the unknown future.
- Emma bullied by her classmates
- Black girl why are you crying? Did you know that black people are so bad and unlovable? You can’t be our friend.
- The next day Emma woke up to go to school, she was very hesitant and anxious about what would happen. She went into the class and was shivering, walking slowly with her eyes facing the ground. Everyone was staring at her, whispering , and gesturing to her because of the difference between them.

- During the break, the students went to play on the field and everyone seemed happy, but Emma was alone staring behind the stairs. A boy named Ralph saw her, told others about her and they planned to annoy her until she would cry. Five minutes later, Emma begins crying and ran away from them.
- Fixing what happened
- I know that a group of you are bullying and mocking Emma, but everyone in the world is equal. Neither the color of the skin or the nationality determines the importance of people. We are human, we should support and respect each other.
- When she went home, she quickly run to her room, starts crying and she started to hate herself for being a black person. In the afternoon, she told her parents what happened with her at school blaming them for the dark skin they gave her. Emma was very young, she was 7 years old, which is why she could not determine that it was normal to be a black human being. So, she went to sleep and prayed that the second day of school will be better than the first one
- You need to talk to the teacher and tell her everything.
- On day, a Lebanese girl named Hala came to her, and convinced Emma to tell the teacher everything that the group did to her.
- So, the teacher Rima calms Emma and says she will solve this problem. After a long conversation, the group of boys and girls asked Emma to forgive them and asked her to become friends, so Emma accepted. And the students understood that all the people on earth have the same importance, and no one should bully the other.
