- Hello Ma'ampeople living in the slums are uneducated, shabbily dressed ,dirty conditions, no water supply, deprived of even basic needs.

- 5 people sleep in one room.water supply once in four days, no toilet facilities, no clean water to drink, kids from our slums can not study in good schools, earnings are very less.

- People living in the slums think......
- Life is better outside the slums is better but they do'nt have money to go else where , Moreover ,Outside society does not want to mingle with them or their families. They think ,they are thieves, dirty ,disease prone and are not treated well by the common people.
- People living in the slums have accepted the ground reality....
- we are living here from last 25 years, our forefathers stayed here and we have never seen any steps taken by the Govt. and situation is getting worse by the day due to overcrowding
- So, We have accepted the ground reality and are happy in our situation. However, we live as a unit and are there to help each other at the time of need.
- After the survey, Sara feels sad...
- Sara feels that quality of health revolves around access to safe water and sanitationshe empathizes with them and feels that Govt. should give attention and provide them with at least the basic necessities of life.
- Sara suggests..........
- She says...Govt should plan to redevlop the region in phases.Provide clean water to drink on regular basisProper sanitation and health care system at affordable price.Set up small scale cottage industry for regular employment. Schools for kids.
