- In our own languages they talk about gods deeds of power!
- When the day of pentecost came, the deciples were all gathered in the same room. Suddenly, a gust of wind came from heaven.
- ........ Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- The Lord said to my Lord, "Sit at my right hand, until I make your enemies your footstool."
- Tounges of fire appeared among them, and rested on each of their heads. All of them were filled with the holy spirit and started speaking in other languages.
- Go and get Baptized
- Now Jews from many countries living in Jarusalem heard, and a crowd gathered outside. "How is it we hear all these men in our own tongues?" Some questioned. Others just sneered and said "They are drunk!"
- But Peter raised his voice and spoke to the crowd.
- Hearing this, they asked Peter "What should we do?" And he replied "Repent and get baptized"
- And on that day more than 3000 people were baptized.
