I work with all of them to get the changes made over multiple meetings
The Experience Owner will coordinate development and feedback over markets
I work with them to ensure everything is tested and operational. We all learned things that would be helpful however we don't have any way to share the experience
I will be a stakeholder contributing to continous learning and connecting the experience
I will now have one contact point that owns the whole Welcome Experience! I will work with this Experience Owner and provide feedback. Other markets will do the same.
There is a roadmap for Welcome and all the tools that defines the basic experience and specific market tweaks.
There are periodic and regular meetings about the Welcome process. I have the opportunity to contribute and to learn from other markets
