- That's wonderful news A41. Let's get the pods ready, we have to see this new discovery.
- Day 1267
- Mr. Lockwood, my fellow robots and I have found a small body of water. It was found 55º22.2'10.12"N 43º9.86'7.67"E.
- Scene 1
- Day 1216
- Andrew Lockwood. On my last mission, I discovered two other robots on a mission. This is a sign of life, there are more families in Huntington.
- Scene 5
- We have to find something. I cannot let Mr. Lockwood and his family down.
- Anything?
- I cannot find anything in the 10 mile radius.
- It is Day 1236, and A41 is on his 5th mission since his discovery of other families. The Lockwood family has accepted that they might not survive this event.
- Scene 2
- Day 1226
- This scene takes place in 2050, where the Lockwood family had to take shelter in the bunker, as the outside world is too dangerous for humans to survive in, due to the polluted air. Their robot A41, is explaining it's last trip outside, where it discovered that there were a few other surviving families in Huntington. The Lockwood family have their oxygen tanks from the last time the government handed them out (10 years ago), and oxygen is being circulated through the vents.
- Scene 9
- It is Day 1236, A41's 5th mission since his discovery of Titan 2A and Andy, its fellow robots. There is no sign of life, the earth is at 130ºF. The air is so polluted.
- Scene 12
- UMMM..
- DID ANYONE CHECK IF THIS WAS WATER?
- Andrew Lockwood, the father, tells A41 that there are enough resources that could last his family at least another year.
- A41, you continue on your mission. We still have a year's worth of food left, and after that we will see. Hopefully you will find something.
- In this scene, the Lockwood family all get suited up with masks and enter the pods, which will provide them with oxygen and safety from the polluted air
- The robot's failure to check if this liquid was water or a toxic chemical led to the death of their owners. Mankind is doomed!
