- Did you know that the government has made it illegal to make students take standardized tests?
- When did the government do that?
- They signed the new law two days ago.
- They should have done it a long time ago. Standardized testing does absolutley no good for students and has zero benefits.
- Why do you say that?
- Standardized tests cause students huge amounts of stress, which can lead to anxiety and depression, and teachers can not teach their students properly because they are only focused on passing a test. The schools force students to take tests so they can make a ton of money.
- Wow! I didn't know that schools were getting paid for every test we take! That makes sense now why they force us to take these tests. It's not for our benefit, it's just for theirs!
- Exactly! They don't care if we actually learn anything, they just want money and that's it.
- This is so much to take in at once. I never realized how blind I was to the truth.
- I was blind to the truth too awhile ago. Until, I received a call from some place out in California that informed me to all of this information, as long as I pay a monhly fee, they'll keep sending me accurate information on what's going on in the world.
- Well, I have to get going. Thanks for giving me this information. Maybe I can start paying to get the truth as well.
