- Of course I can! The Eightfold Path is eight practices that lead to Nirvana. The eight practices include; right understanding, purpose, speech, action, livelihood, effort, mindfulness, and concentration.

- Hey there, I just started to learn about Buddhism in my history class, and one of the main topics was the Eightfold Path. Can you explain to me what that is?

- When I talk about enlightenment, I think of pure wisdom. People who believe in Buddhism are always trying to achieve enlightenment. People think by achieving this it will move them up in a higher rank on the caste system when they get reincarnated.

- Four Noble Truths
- The 1st Noble Truth is “Suffering is present in all things, and nothing lasts forever”, The 2nd is “The cause of suffering is desire”, the 3rd is “Removing desire removes suffering”, and the 4th is “The way to remove desire is to follow the Eightfold Path”.
- Remember, these are the basic teachings of Buddhism.
