- The Jazz Age was a new type of music that became popular. Jazz Age also influenced many cultures and it began with African Americans. During the Jazz Age radio and movies with sounds were very popular. Louis Armstrong was a singer and trumpeter who made Jazz famous.
- The 19th amendment gave all the women the right to vote. People decided to change their opinions of women's after seeing how hard they work. Women used to also worked hard for their family so the constitution decided to give women the right to vote.
- The Harlem Renaissance was a period of interest in African American art, music, and literature. Harlem was famous for jazz. The Harlem Renaissance was also an explosion centered in Harlem New York spanning the 1920's.
