- The Last Bear
- Hi! I'm April and my dad is a weather scientist. We are going to spend 6 months on Bear Island in the Arctic Circle for my dad's job.
- April, I wanted to tell you that there are no more polar bears on Bear Island.
- Me and my dad are sailing to Bear Island.
- What?! That's weird! I bet there is one polar bear.
- This is our cabin. It is so beautiful here! I love it!
- Do you see that!? It looks like a polar bear! But Dad said there wasn't any on this island.
- I can't believe I am this close to a bear! Look at this. His leg is hurt. I should help him. Good thing I brought my first aid kit.
- This why my character showed a great heart. She was courageous and helped a bear that was hurt.
- You know what? I am going to take you back to your home.
- Hello bear, I brought some food this time and I have something for your leg.
- Look a boat! We could use this to take bear back to his home.
- This is going very good so far. Bear is enjoying it too!
- There's a storm! I hope it ends soon. Our boat is breaking!
- All of our stuff is in the water. We are too! I am so cold!
- Thank you so much!
- April what are you doing out here in the cold?! It's alright though, come on April and your friend too.
- HELP! OVER HERE!!
- Bye! I will miss you a lot.
