good and bad forces are the forces that help or hinder us in achieving a aim or goal.
Friction
Introducing Friction!
we measure forces using a spring balance wich measures the weight of an object then transfers the weight into newtons.
Surface friction
in a collision either the car stops and your body keeps moving or the car begins moving but your body stays behind, these are examples of enertia
Mass friction
Friction is the amount of speed loss when two object rub against each other and interlock into the tiny bumps on each object.
the smoother a surface is the less friction occurs between the surface and the object because the microscopic bumps are much flatter and smoother and the rougher surface's bumbs are larger and taller.
The more gravity there is the more the microscopic bumps of an object interlock.
